Premiere Construction, as a member of The Alberta New Home Warranty Program, guarantees that your new home will be free of defects due to workmanship for a period of five years. In addition, Premiere Construction provides an exclusive one year service plan in which four scheduled service inspections of your home are performed to correct any defects.

First Inspection - Possession Date.

• Complete walkthrough with you to ensure that your new home's quality is on par with Premiere Construction's high standards.
• Any defects found will be documented to ensure they are properly fixed in a timely manner.
• Premiere Construction will phone you in aproximately ten days to setup an appoinment to fix these defects along with any small nicks and scratches due to moving and settling in.

Second, Third, and Final Inspection - Four, Eight, and Twelve Months respectively.

• Premiere Construction will contact you to setup an appointment for a walkthrough with the owner to identify any concerns the owner may have and correct defects.
• At this time filters will be cleaned, door handles tightened, and other quality assurance services will be performed on your home.
